Refund Policy
Last Updated: February 2026
Fees paid for advisory services are non-refundable except in circumstances where service delivery failure is directly attributable to UK Global Talent.
Eligible refunds
Full refunds are issued only when application outcomes result from administrative errors made solely by UK Global Talent. This includes missed submission deadlines, failure to include required documentation, or incorrect form completion where such errors are demonstrably attributable to our service delivery.
Non-refundable circumstances
Refunds are not issued in the following situations:
Endorsement decisions: Endorsing bodies exercise discretionary judgment in all cases. Where an application meets procedural requirements but receives a negative outcome based on the endorsing body's assessment of merit, this does not constitute service failure.
Client-provided information: Applications submitted with inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information provided by the client are not eligible for refund.
Client non-compliance: Where timelines are not met due to delayed client responses, failure to provide requested materials, or non-adherence to agreed procedures, no refund is due.
Withdrawal or change of circumstance: Clients who elect to discontinue services, change immigration plans, or withdraw applications for personal reasons are not entitled to refunds for work completed.
Policy or criteria changes: UK immigration rules and endorsement criteria are subject to change. Applications affected by policy amendments during the preparation or submission process are not eligible for refunds.
Re-application support
In cases where applications are declined and no service failure occurred, UK Global Talent may offer re-application preparation at a reduced fee or without additional charge, at our discretion. This goodwill gesture does not constitute an admission of liability or service failure.
Refund requests
Claims must be submitted in writing to contact@ukglobaltalent.org within 30 days of the relevant outcome. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
